Information we collect

• Account info: the email address and display name you provide when you sign up.
• Pool activity: pools you create or join, weekly picks, and results.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (timestamps, IP address, user agent) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

• Run the pool, calculate weekly and season standings, and show them to pool members.
• Send account messages, pool invitations, incomplete-pick reminders, and weekly recaps. We do not sell email lists or send unrelated marketing blasts.
• Keep the service secure and diagnose problems.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the vendors we use to run the app:

• Supabase — database, secure account authentication, and file storage.
• Lovable — application hosting and transactional email delivery.
• ESPN — public schedule and score data (we fetch from them; we do not send them your data).

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site activity, and support advertising. Where required, you can choose whether advertising cookies are used.

Retention and deletion

We retain your account and pool data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated picks at any time by contacting us — see the contact page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

PickemLedger is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
